माइक्रोआरएनए आईजीए नेफ्रोपैथी के रोगजनन में शामिल हैं। हमने एक आईजीए नेफ्रोपैथी माउस मॉडल (एचआईजीए चूहों) के गुर्दे में माइक्रोआरएनए अभिव्यक्ति के स्तर का पता लगाने के लिए एक विश्वसनीय विधि विकसित की है। यह नई विधि आईजीए नेफ्रोपैथी में एमआईआरएनए की भागीदारी की जांच करने की सुविधा प्रदान करेगी।
