Das Ziel dieses Protokolls ist zu beschriften, zu bereichern und Substrate der Proteinkinase CK2 aus einer komplexen biologischen Probe z. B. eine Zelle lysate oder Gewebe Homogenat zu identifizieren. Diese Methode nutzt die einzigartigen Aspekte der CK2 Biologie für diesen Zweck.
