We presenteren een protocol om te isoleren van neuronen, macrofagen en microglia van larvale zebrafish hersenen onder fysiologische en pathologische omstandigheden. Op isolatie, wordt RNA gewonnen uit deze cellen te analyseren hun genexpressie profiel. Dit protocol voorziet voor de verzameling van kwalitatief hoogwaardige RNA downstream analyse zoals qPCR en transcriptomics uitvoeren.
