Denne trinnvise protokollen analyserer Drosophila negative geotaxis atferd med et automatisert system for multi sylinder som vert hundrevis av fluer og synkroniserer sine handlinger av en elektrisk motor. Ved synkronisering, er fly negative geotaxis atferd assayed, digitalt registrerte og analysert ved hjelp av egenutviklede RflyDetection programvare.
