Beschrijven we een methode voor laminotomy in varkens die toegang tot lumbale dorsal root ganglia (DRG) voor intraganglionic injectie geeft. Injectie is toezicht op de vorderingen en en histologisch bevestigde tot 21 dagen na de operatie. Dit protocol kan worden gebruikt voor toekomstige Preklinische studies waarbij DRG injectie.
