Vi introduserer et nytt hypokalsystem for bruk med vannlevende organismer som frosk og sebrafiskembryoer. Vårt system er enkelt, robust, kostnadseffektivt og muliggjør induksjon og opprettholdelse av hypoksi in vivo og i opptil 48 timer. Vi presenterer 2 reproduserbare metoder for å overvåke effekten av hypoksi.
