פרוטוקול זה מתאר מתודולוגיה מפורט לגילוי H2O2 לוקליזציה בתוך Solea senegalensis spermatozoa באמצעות fluorochrome רגיש DCFH-DA ROS, כתם המיטוכונדריה בשידור חי עבור המיטוכונדריה, דאפי עבור גרעינים ויזואליזציה, בהתאמה. הפרוטוקול נועד להתבצע בתוך 2 h עם spermatozoa טריים או המופשרים.
