Wir beschreiben ein Protokoll von Hellfeld Intravitalmikroskopie zur Messung dynamischer Neutrophilen-Endothel-Zell-Interaktionen während der neutrophilen Granulozyten Rekrutierung in Reaktion auf die Quelle eines neutrophilen Lockstoff in vivo.
