Kvantifiering av cellulär inflammation i skadade / patologiska CNS med flödescytometri kompliceras av lipid / myelin skräp som kan ha liknande storlek och granulering till celler, minskar känsligheten / noggrannhet. Vi har avancerat en metod cellberedningen att ta bort myelinet skräp och förbättra cell upptäckt med flödescytometri i den skadade ryggmärgen.
