Dit protocol beschrijft een onderzoek naar de vroege interacties tussen viraal geïnfecteerde neusepitheelcellen en aangeboren celactivatie. Individuele subsets van immuuncellen kunnen worden onderscheiden op basis van hun activering als reactie op virale infecties. Ze kunnen vervolgens verder worden onderzocht om hun effecten op vroege antivirale reacties te bepalen.
