Här presenterar vi ett protokoll för att profilera samspelet mellan värd och patogen under infektion genom masspektrometribaserad proteomik. Detta protokoll använder etikettfri kvantifiering för att mäta förändringar i proteinförekomsten hos både värd (t.ex. makrofager) och patogen (t.ex. Cryptococcus neoformans) i ett enda experiment.
