يوضح هذا البروتوكول دراسة الآثار المرضية الفسيولوجية لدخان السجائر (CS) مع نظام التعرض لاستنشاق الجسم بالكامل (WBI) (WBIS) الذي تم بناؤه داخليا. يمكن لهذا النظام أن يعرض الحيوانات ل CS في ظل ظروف قابلة للتكرار خاضعة للرقابة للبحث عن الآثار بوساطة CS على انتفاخ الرئة وورم الدم.
