Umweltallergene wie Hausstaubmilben (HDM) enthalten oft mikrobielle Substanzen, die angeborene Immunreaktionen aktivieren, um allergische Entzündungen zu regulieren. Das hier vorgestellte Protokoll zeigt die Identifizierung von dsRNA-Arten in HDM-Allergenen und die Charakterisierung ihrer immunogenen Aktivitäten bei der Modulation eosinophiler Lungenentzündungen.
