Nous présentons un essai RT-LAMP pour la détection de TiLV chez le poisson tilapia à l’aide d’instruments simples sur une période de temps relativement courte par rapport aux techniques RT-PCR conventionnelles. Ce protocole peut aider à contrôler la propagation épidémique de TiLVD, en particulier dans les pays en développement.
