Wir beschreiben ein Protokoll für die ultraschallgeführte Implantation von murinabgeleiteten duktodrischen Adenokarzinom-Zelllinien direkt in die native Tumorstelle. Dieser Ansatz führte zu Pankreastumoren, die durch Ultraschall-Scanning innerhalb von 2-4 Wochen nach der Injektion nachweisbar waren, und reduzierte den Anteil der Tumorzellsaatierung an der Peritonealwand im Vergleich zur chirurgischen orthotopischen Implantation signifikant.
