Utveckling av en dual-funktionell konjugat av antigen peptid och FC-III mimetika (DCAF) är nytt för eliminering av skadliga antikroppar. Här beskriver vi ett detaljerat protokoll för syntes av DCAF1 molekyl, som selektivt kan blockera 4G2 antikropp för att eliminera antikroppsberoende förbättring effekt under Dengue virusinfektion.
