Proteomikk profilering av tyrosin-Nitro proteiner har vært en utfordrende teknikk på grunn av den lave overflod av 3-nitrotyrosine modifikasjon. Her beskriver vi en ny tilnærming for nitropeptide berikelse og profilering ved å bruke angiotensin II som modell. Denne metoden kan utvides for andre in vitro -eller in vivo -systemer.
