Die proteomische Profilierung von Tyrosin-Nitrat-Proteinen war aufgrund der geringen Häufigkeit der 3-Nitrotytyrosin-Modifikation eine anspruchsvolle Technik. Hier beschreiben wir einen neuartigen Ansatz für die Nitropeptidanreicherung und Profilierung unter Verwendung von Angiotensin II als Modell. Diese Methode kann für andere In-vitro- oder In-vivo-Systeme erweitert werden.
