Visualisieren und Wurzel Wachstum in Situ Messung ist extrem schwierig. Wir präsentieren Ihnen eine anpassbare Rhizobox Methode um WURZELENTWICKLUNG und Verbreitung im Laufe der Zeit als Reaktion auf Nährstoffanreicherung zu verfolgen. Diese Methode wird verwendet, um Mais genotypischen Unterschiede in der Wurzel Plastizität als Reaktion auf eine organische Stickstoff-Quelle zu analysieren.
