Visualisere og måle rod vækst i situ er ekstremt udfordrende. Vi præsenterer en tilpasselig rhizobox metode til at spore rodudvikling og spredning over tid som reaktion på næringsstof berigelse. Denne metode bruges til at analysere majs genotypiske forskelle i roden plasticitet i svar til en organisk kvælstof kilde.
