Zika वायरस (ZIKV) संक्रमण के लिए Ifnar1-/- murine मॉडल के immunoprivileged अंगों में antigen-विशिष्ट T-कक्ष प्रत्युत्तरों का मूल्यांकन करने के लिए कोई प्रोटोकॉल वर्णन किया गया है । इस विधि सुरक्षा और ZIKV टीकों के immunopathogenesis के सेलुलर तंत्र की जांच के लिए निर्णायक है और उनके प्रभावकारिता मूल्यांकन के लिए भी मूल्यवान है ।
