Ein Protokoll, Antigen-spezifische T-Zell-Reaktionen in den Organen der Immunabwehr des Ifnar1- / - Mausmodell für die Zika-Virusinfektion (ZIKV) zu bewerten ist beschrieben. Diese Methode ist von zentraler Bedeutung für die Untersuchung der zellulären Mechanismen des Schutzes und immunpathogenese ZIKV Impfstoffe und ist auch wertvoll für die Beurteilung der Wirksamkeit.
