Her beskriver vi en metode for å isolere og rense dendrittiske celler fra ulike anatomiske rom i den menneskelige kvinnelige skjede for vurdering av deres phenotypical og funksjonelle egenskaper. Denne metoden kan tilpasses å isolere andre immunceller eller dendrittiske celler fra andre mucosal vev.
