Wij introduceren een nieuw hypoxische kamer systeem voor gebruik bij aquatische organismen zoals kikker- en zebravis embryo's. Ons systeem is eenvoudig, robuust, kosteneffectief en zorgt voor inductie en onderhoud van hypoxie in vivo en gedurende 48 uur. We presenteren 2 reproduceerbare methoden om de effectiviteit van hypoxie te monitoren.
