Mikroplastiken wirken als Vektor potenziell toxischer organischer Verunreinigungen mit unvorhersehbaren Wirkungen. Dieses Protokoll beschreibt eine alternative Methode zur Beurteilung der Konzentrationen von Organochlor-Pestiziden, die an Kunststoff-Pellets adsorbiert sind, und die Identifizierung der chemischen Polymerstruktur. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Druckfluid-Extraktion und der abgeschwächten Totalreflexion Fourier-Transformations-Infrarotspektroskopie.
