Profylactische en therapeutische vaccinatie vaak niet sterke immuunrespons stimuleren door week afvoer van het vaccin knooppunten en daardoor slechte medewerking van immuuncellen lymfe. Door directe injectie van vaccin lymfeklieren, zogenaamde intralymfatische injectie vaccindoeltreffendheid sterk worden verbeterd en vaccindoses worden verminderd.
