Generierung von T-Lymphozyten aus induzierten pluripotenten Stammzellen (iPS-Zellen) gibt einen alternativen Ansatz der Verwendung von embryonalen Stammzellen für die T-Zell-basierten Immuntherapie. Verfahren zeigt, dass durch Verwendung von entweder<em> In-vitro-</em> Oder<em> In-vivo-</em> Ansaugsystem sind iPS der Lage, in sowohl herkömmliche als auch Antigen-spezifische T-Lymphozyten zu differenzieren.
