Dit artikel beschrijft een optimale volgorde van de gebeurtenissen voor de multimodale beeldvorming van cellulaire grafts in knaagdier hersenen met behulp van: (i) in vivo bioluminescentie en magnetische resonantie beeldvorming, en (ii) post mortem histologische analyse. De combinatie van deze beeldvorming op een enkel dier laat cellulaire graft evaluatie met een hoge resolutie en gevoeligheid en specificiteit.
