Deze methode voor het isoleren van functionele immuun cellen van het hart biedt een alternatief voor de conventionele methoden van collagenase spijsvertering, die ongewenste immuun-cel activatie veroorzaakt, wat resulteert in een verminderde respons van deze cellen. Onze methode van isolatie levert functionele hart immuuncellen door het vermijden van problemen die samenhangen met enzymatische spijsvertering.
