We hebben een computerprogramma ontwikkeld om neuronale morfologie te analyseren. In combinatie met de twee bestaande open source analyse-instrumenten, ons programma voert Sholl analyse en bepaalt het aantal neurieten, branche punten en neurieten tips. De analyses zijn zo uitgevoerd dat de lokale veranderingen in de morfologie van neurieten kan worden waargenomen.
