Kontakt aşırı duyarlılık (CHS), alerjik kontakt dermatitin (AKB) murin deneysel bir modelidir. CHS, göğüs ve karın bölgesinin traş edilmiş cildini boyayarak reaktif hapten ile hassaslaşmaya dayanır, daha sonra seyreltilmiş bir hapten ile kulak derisi meydan okuması ile çeşitli şekillerde değerlendirilen bir şişlik reaksiyonuna neden olur.
