فرط الحساسية التماسية (CHS) هو نموذج تجريبي للفئران لالتهاب الجلد التماسي التحسسي (ACD). يعتمد CHS على التحسس باستخدام hapten التفاعلي عن طريق طلاء الجلد الحليق للصدر والبطن ، مع تحدي جلد الأذن اللاحق باستخدام هابتن مخفف ، مما يسبب رد فعل تورم يتم تقييمه بطرق مختلفة.
