אנו מתארים שיטה המשלבת חרוזים אימונומגנטיים ומיון תאים המופעלים על ידי פלואורסצנציה כדי לבודד ולנתח תת-אוכלוסיות מוגדרות של תאי חיסון של תאים חד-גרעיניים בדם היקפי (מונוציטים, תאי CD4+ T, תאי T CD8+, תאי B ותאי הרג טבעיים). באמצעות שיטה זו, ניתן לטהר ולנתח תאים מגנטיים ובעלי תווית פלואורסצנטית.
