Dit protocol beschrijft hoe beelden kunnen worden verkregen door in situ hybridisatie en immunohistochemie van embryonale secties van zebravissen te combineren. In situ hybridisatie werd uitgevoerd voorafgaand aan cryosectie, gevolgd door antilichaamkleuring. Het is nuttig om de expressiepatronen van twee genen in zebravissen te detecteren als er een tekort aan antilichamen is.
