Vi beskriver metoden til kvantitativ analyse af fordelingen af Aspergillus fumigatus conidia (3 μm i størrelse) i musens luftveje. Metoden kan også anvendes til analyse af mikropartikler og nanopartikel agglomeratfordeling i luftvejene i forskellige patologiske tilstandsmodeller.
