Hier gepresenteerd is een protocol voor de spontane generatie van neuro sferen verrijkt in neurale voorlopercellen uit hoge dichtheid vergulde neuronen. Tijdens hetzelfde experiment, wanneer neuronen worden verguld met een lagere dichtheid, het protocol resulteert ook in langdurige primaire rat neuron culturen.
