Um protocolo de alto throughput para avaliação funcional de reativação eficiente de HIV e apuramento de provírus latentes é descrito e aplicado por testar o impacto das intervenções na transcrição de HIV e de emenda. Resultados representativos do efeito de latência invertendo agentes na transcrição orientado a LTR e emendando são fornecidos.
