Apresentamos um novo sistema de câmara hipóxico para uso com organismos aquáticos, como embriões de sapos e zebrafish. Nosso sistema é simples, robusto, econômico e permite a indução e sustentação da hipoxia in vivo e até 48 h. Apresentamos 2 métodos reprodutíveis para monitorar a eficácia da hipoxia.
