Nous présentons un nouveau système de chambre hypoxique à utiliser avec des organismes aquatiques tels que des embryons de grenouille et de poisson zèbre. Notre système est simple, robuste, rentable et permet l'induction et le maintien en puissance de l'hypoxie in vivo et jusqu'à 48 h. Nous présentons 2 méthodes reproductibles pour surveiller l'efficacité de l'hypoxie.
