Presentiamo un metodo per quantificare la metilazione del DNA in base alla macchia dot-5-metilcitosina (5-mc). Abbiamo determinato i livelli di 5 mC durante la dedifferentiation dei condrociti. Questa semplice tecnica potrebbe essere utilizzata per determinare rapidamente il fenotipo condrocitico nel trattamento ACI.
