Biz Branchiostoma lanceolatum ve döllenmemiş oosit içine burada mRNA enjeksiyonundan sonra floresan proteinleri sağlam ve verimli bir ifade rapor. Bu bazal kordalısı içinde mikroenjeksiyon tekniği gelişimi, gelişmekte olan bu model sistemde teknik yenilikleri geniş kapsamlı vivo görüntüleme ve gen-spesifik manipülasyonlar dahil önünü açacak.
