Camına Polikristal silikon ince film güneş pilleri kristalizasyon, kusur pasivasyon ve metalizasyon takip bor ve fosfor katkılı silikon tabakalar birikimi ile üretilmektedir. Işık yakalayan Plasmonic ~% 45 Fotoakım geliştirme sonuçlanan dağınık bir reflektör ile kapatılmış silikon hücrenin yüzeyinde Ag nanopartiküller oluşturarak tanıtıldı.
