Het genereren van geïnduceerde pluripotente stamcellen (IPSC) lijnen produceert lijnen van verschillende ontwikkelingspotentieel, zelfs als ze passeren standaard tests voor pluripotentie. Hier beschrijven we een protocol muizen volledig zijn verkregen uit iPSCs die de iPSC lijnen gedefinieerd als hebbende full pluripotentie produceren<sup> 1</sup>.
