Een betrouwbare methode voor het RNA isolatie van<em> Pseudomonas aeruginosa</em> Hersteld van muizen cecums wordt beschreven. Teruggevorderde RNA is van voldoende kwantiteit en kwaliteit voor de daaropvolgende qPCR, transcriptie profilering, en RNA-Seq experimenten. Deze techniek kan worden aangepast voor RNA-isolatie van andere intestinale micro-organismen.
