Tonen we de toepassing van de fluorescentie-indicator, TMRM, in corticale neuronen van de relatieve veranderingen in TMRM fluorescentie-intensiteit te bepalen voor en na toepassing van een specifieke stimulus. We tonen ook de toepassing van de fluorescentie sonde H<sub> 2</sub> DCF-DA naar het relatieve niveau van reactieve zuurstof species in corticale neuronen te beoordelen.
