Viene presentato un protocollo per condurre una sfida in una struttura con camera di esposizione agli allergeni (AEC). Gli AEC hanno dimostrato di essere strumenti sicuri ed efficaci per l'induzione di sintomi allergici o come endpoint nei test di efficacia dell'immunoterapia con allergeni grazie alla loro capacità di mantenere stabili le concentrazioni di particelle e le condizioni ambientali.
