Kontaktöverkänslighet (CHS) är en murin experimentell modell av allergisk kontaktdermatit (ACD). CHS bygger på sensibilisering med reaktiv hapten genom att måla den rakade huden på bröstet och buken, med en efterföljande öronhudsutmaning med en utspädd hapten, vilket orsakar en svullnadsreaktion som bedöms på olika sätt.
