Contactovergevoeligheid (CHS) is een muizenexperimenteel model van allergische contactdermatitis (ACD). CHS is gebaseerd op sensibilisatie met reactieve hapten door de geschoren huid van de borst en buik te schilderen, met een daaropvolgende oorhuiduitdaging met een verdunde hapten, waardoor een zwellingsreactie ontstaat die op verschillende manieren wordt beoordeeld.
