Kontaktoverfølsomhed (CHS) er en murin eksperimentel model af allergisk kontaktdermatitis (ACD). CHS er baseret på sensibilisering med reaktiv hapten ved at male den barberede hud i brystet og maven med en efterfølgende ørehududfordring med en fortyndet hapten, hvilket forårsager en hævelsesreaktion, der vurderes på forskellige måder.
