Bu protokol, insan M1 veya M2 polarize makrofajlardaki Mycobacterium tuberculosis enfeksiyonunu, periferik-kan monositlerinin GFP etiketli virülan strain H37Rv ile enfekte olan makrofaj benzeri hücrelere farklılaşmasına dayanan ve seçilen M1/M2 belirteçlerinin ifadesini içeren 10 renkli bir panel kullanılarak akış sitometrisi ile analiz edilen bir yöntem sağlar.
